The Flat Head FN-LJ-HS004 Horsehide Quilting Single Riders Jacket

A half-belt, single riders jacket in the style of 1930's sports jackets, The Flat Head's FN-LJ-HS004 features a thoughtfully tailored cut and some truly mind-boggling details. Built by Stockburg, the brand's in-house leather craft workshop, from 1.3mm Shinki Hikaku horsehide, the jacket has been specially tailored for comfort while on a motorcycle. The sleeves, armholes, shoulders, and collar are all shaped for riding, making forward movement easier, reducing strain through the upper arms, and helping the collar stay in place without interfering with a helmet. 

This version of the jacket comes in the extremely limited seal brown color, a super dark shade of brown which, thanks to the leather's semi-aniline teacore finish, will lighten and wear beautifully over time. No detail has been forgone on this jacket. The side panels each sport a remarkable diamond quilted pattern, a feature hardly ever seen on modern leather jackets, while the back yoke and cuffs are adorned with stunning three dimensional piping. The half-belt has not been skived or folded, adding visual weight to the piece, and the jacket has been finished with a luxe rayon twill lining, iron buckle side adjusters, and vintage style Universal zippers throughout.
