One of the few facilities in the world that uses vulcanization in their sneaker production, a process that heats the rubber sole leading to a lighter, more flexible and durable sneaker. JLB sneakers takes it a step further by using heavier fabrics, double-thick soles, fabric tape on all edges and double-stitch on all stress points.
